About RestaurantConnect's Public Feedback Feed:
To allow management's response to be publicly visible:
- In the Admin module, go to Settings > General.
- Toggle "Allow Public Feedback Response" to on, and then save.
Once the Public Feedback Response option is activated, feedback response forms will have the option to make the management's response available in the live feed:
A guest will also have the option to set their comments to private in case is any potentially sensitive information in their feedback:
