New Feedback Feed

About RestaurantConnect's Public Feedback Feed:


To allow management's response to be publicly visible:

  • In the Admin module, go to Settings > General.
  • Toggle "Allow Public Feedback Response" to on, and then save.

Select Private/Public:

Once the Public Feedback Response option is activated, feedback response forms will have the option to make the management's response available in the live feed:


A guest will also have the option to set their comments to private in case is any potentially sensitive information in their feedback:
